Who will receive your report?

Your report can only be viewed by the Ombudslawyer appointed by Zukunft – Umwelt – Gesellschaft (ZUG) gGmbH. Only after you have given your consent can the facts of the case be reported to a specially trained employee of the company concerned, e.g. the Compliance Officer. You can find out more about our Ombudslawyer and her activities here. You are of course free at any time to contact the Integrity Officer or your immediate superior at Zukunft – Umwelt – Gesellschaft (ZUG) gGmbH in confidence, also via the internal reporting channels.

If you agree during the reporting process to the disclosure of the reported facts, we ask you, for the best possible protection of your anonymity, not to submit reports from the intranet of a network and to ensure that the facts submitted do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person and that you also check any digital attachments submitted in this regard.
